Recently we've released updates of our 3 WCAG compliant WordPress themes: Services, School, and Public Institutions. Let’s take a closer look at most important features and improvements we've added.

Improvements in the gallery shortcode

We have added often requested option in the modal Gallery (shortcode) which is prev/next navigation thru all elements in the gallery. Now its no need to close modal popup to see all of the other items.

Improvements in search results

We have added pages to default search results view. Now you will able to find them using search forms, in the same way as any other type of content in WordPress.

WCAG 2.0 / ADA / Section 508 improvements

We have added several improvements related to accessibility in WordPress theme in a gallery and video shortcodes. Now, our WordPress themes meet even better the requirements for WCAG 2.0 / Section 508 / ADA accessibility standards.

Improvements related to HEAD/BODY custom code fields

Now, all of HTML tags are allowed in Custom code fields, also script tags which cause troubles previously. You can add Google Analytics or Google Adsense code more easily.

Modifications for Services and School themes only

Improvements related to Service/Program pages

Single program/service and its categories are now available to display in the menu. You may now improve SEO and page navigation for program pages. We have added also a possibility to create the link directly to the selected item on the programs/services page just using # with the ID of program/service.

Modifications for School and Public Institutions themes only

Improvements related to breadcrumbs

We have added the possibility to display breadcrumbs on a single page view. This should improve navigation on the site.

Other fixes and improvements

Many minor fixes and improvements added related to PHP code and possible warnings or errors in some environments.
